The flooded interior is mostly the liquid to be evaporated. The liquid level is controlled by the float. If the temperature of the cold room is high, the evaporation will be rapid and the liquid level will be decreased. Therefore, the float will open more and the main pressure liquid will flow into the evaporator to supplement. The reduced liquid level, such as the low temperature of the cold room, evaporates slowly and the liquid level rises, so the float ball opens less and the high-pressure liquid flows into the evaporator in a small amount, and the temperature is completely closed when the temperature is reached. Therefore, the float ball evaporates at the low pressure side. The controller controls the flow of refrigerant, so it is called the low-pressure float control valve system. When the high-pressure liquid flows into the evaporator from the liquid pipe, the volume is enlarged and the compressor continuously sucks the evaporated gas on the liquid surface, so the pressure is naturally reduced to promote evaporation of the liquid surface, as shown in the figure.
The cycle of this system is: compressor → condenser → accumulator → float switch and evaporator → compressor.
The start and stop of the compressor motor of the low-pressure float control valve system is controlled directly by the evaporated gas pressure controller of the suction pipe. If the pressure is high, the density of the gas molecules is larger, ie the evaporation is not complete. It also means that the cold room The small amount of heat, that is, the cold room temperature is already lower, so the compressor can stop running, on the contrary, when the pressure is low, it means that the density of gas molecules is smaller and the evaporation is more complete, that is, the heat in the cold room is higher, ie the temperature is higher. Therefore, the compressor must continue to operate and continue to absorb the heat in the cold room and be discharged from the condenser outdoors.
